What is extra care surcharge?
A new guest is required to fit our pre-arrival criterias, here’s the checklist.
An assessment on behaviour and temperament will be taken on first visit of every guest. If any behavioural issues (e.g. permanent high level of anxiety, excessive barking/humping, chewing habit that can cause damages to the premise etc) are found during assessment which require extra attention from furmummies to ensure quality care and stay for furbabies, a surcharge of 15% will be incurred on all daycare & boarding services.
Hence, it is highly recommended for new boarding guest (weight above 8kg) to attend a daycare before overnight stay booking.
