What is extra care surcharge?

  • A new guest is required to fit our pre-arrival criterias, here’s the checklist.
  • An assessment on behaviour and temperament will be taken on first visit of every guest. If any behavioural issues (e.g. permanent high level of anxiety, excessive barking/humping, chewing habit that can cause damages to the premise etc) are found during assessment which require extra attention from furmummies to ensure quality care and stay for furbabies, a surcharge of 15% will be incurred on all daycare & boarding services.
  • Hence, it is highly recommended for new boarding guest (weight above 8kg) to attend a daycare before overnight stay booking.
